V&nbsp;hum\u00e1nn\u00ed medic\u00edn\u011b se tyto veli\u010diny naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed biosign\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 rozezn\u00e1v\u00e1me, dle hrub\u00e9ho d\u011blen\u00ed, elektrick\u00e9 a&nbsp;neelektrick\u00e9. Nej\u010dast\u011bji sn\u00edman\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 biosign\u00e1ly jsou EKG (elektrick\u00e1 aktivita srdce), EEG (elektrick\u00e1 aktivita mozku), EMG (elektrick\u00e1 aktivita kostern\u00edch sval\u016f), EOG (elektrick\u00e1 aktivita okohybn\u00fdch sval\u016f), atd. Mezi neelektrick\u00e9 biosign\u00e1ly pat\u0159\u00ed NIBP (neinvazivn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed tepenn\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku), SpO2 (nasycen\u00ed tepenn\u00e9 krve kysl\u00edkem \u2013 mo\u017eno sn\u00edmat s&nbsp;prst\u016f rukou i&nbsp;nohou a&nbsp;u\u0161\u00ed), pulsovou tepennou hemodynamickou vlnu (z&nbsp;prst\u016f a&nbsp;u\u0161\u00ed, art\u00e9rie radialis, kr\u010dn\u00edch, sp\u00e1nkov\u00fdch a&nbsp;\u010deln\u00edch tepen), respirogram \u2013 dechov\u00e1 k\u0159ivka, teplota TEMP,\u00a0 atd. Jako novinky m\u00e1 ISES nov\u00fd EKG modul, reflexn\u00ed fotoplethysmografick\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d pulsu, sn\u00edma\u010d dechu, sn\u00edma\u010d kapek atd. N\u011bkter\u00e9 z&nbsp;t\u011bchto experiment\u016f budou prakticky p\u0159edvedeny.<br \/>\nZaj\u00edmav\u00fdm se jev\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e9ho zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed amplitudy pulsov\u00e9 perifern\u00ed hemodynamick\u00e9 tepenn\u00e9 vlny od R-vlny EKG sign\u00e1lu. Tato m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed budou provedena v&nbsp;klidu i&nbsp;p\u0159i&nbsp;z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei mezi R-vlnou EKG a&nbsp;pulsovou vlnou na prstu, eventueln\u011b krkavici, \u010dele (palencefalogram). U&nbsp;mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed je tento interval del\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee maj\u00ed pru\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tepny a&nbsp;nemaj\u00ed tepny zaneseny tukov\u00fdmi pl\u00e1ty a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 maj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed hemodynamick\u00fd odpor krevn\u00edho \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b.<br \/>\nKrom\u011b syst\u00e9mu ISES pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed biosign\u00e1l\u016f \u010dlov\u011bka tak\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstroje, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ve zdravotnictv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bo\u010dek V\u00edt: <em>Elekt\u0159ina z&nbsp;tu\u0148\u00e1ka a&nbsp;z&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edch netradi\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nV&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku uk\u00e1\u017eu, jak vyrobit elekt\u0159inu nap\u0159.&nbsp;z&nbsp;tu\u0148\u00e1ka, m\u00e1sla a&nbsp;sal\u00e1mu. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku uvedu n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f reflektivn\u00edch aktivit, kter\u00e9 jsem pou\u017eila p\u0159i&nbsp;sv\u00e9 v\u00fduce na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole a&nbsp;pokus\u00edm se zhodnotit jejich p\u0159\u00ednos pro \u017e\u00e1ky i&nbsp;pro sebe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Drexler Michaela: <em>Optick\u00e9 hra\u010dky<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nP\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed uk\u00e1zky z&nbsp;tvorby optick\u00fdch hra\u010dek. Proposed experiments allow us to determine the density of examined liquid. Physics experiments can be done at home and involves very basic elements that anyone has access to, like water, plastic box, coins and balance.\u00a0 Presented experiments are addressed to the young explorers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Havl\u00ed\u010dek Karel, Ryston Mat\u011bj: <em>Demonstra\u010dn\u00ed sada pro v\u00fduku optiku s&nbsp;pomoc\u00ed 3D tisk\u00e1rny<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci konference budou sezn\u00e1meni s&nbsp;v\u00fdvojem demonstra\u010dn\u00ed optick\u00e9 sady na magnetickou tabuli, kter\u00e1 se op\u00edr\u00e1 z&nbsp;velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti o&nbsp;technologii 3D-tisku. Snahou je vytvo\u0159it relativn\u011b levnou a&nbsp;funk\u010dn\u00ed variantu ke komer\u010dn\u00edm optick\u00fdm sad\u00e1m, kterou si bude moci po&nbsp;nakoupen\u00ed n\u011bkolika komponent\u016f vyrobit u\u010ditel na \u0161kole s\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hejnov\u00e1 Eva: <em>Bublinov\u00e9 \u00falohy z&nbsp;optiky s&nbsp;n\u00e1m\u011bty na jednoduch\u00e9 pokusy<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nV&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku bude p\u0159edstaven soubor 28 \u00faloh zadan\u00fdch formou diskuze (bublinov\u00e9 \u00falohy) na t\u00e9ma optika. \u00dalohy zahrnuj\u00ed typick\u00e9 myln\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy, kter\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ci v&nbsp;t\u00e9to oblasti maj\u00ed. Vybran\u00e9 \u00falohy jsou dopln\u011bny n\u00e1m\u011bty na jednoduch\u00e9 pokusy, kter\u00e9 jsou realizovateln\u00e9 s&nbsp;jednoduch\u00fdmi pom\u016fckami a&nbsp;jsou dob\u0159e pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 v&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed v\u00fduce. Experimentov\u00e1n\u00ed tak vhodn\u011b dopl\u0148uje diskusi, kterou \u00falohy p\u0159irozen\u011b vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed, a&nbsp;pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm potvrdit, \u010di&nbsp;vyvr\u00e1tit vysloven\u00e1 tvrzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Houfkov\u00e1 Jitka, \u010cerm\u00e1kov\u00e1 Aneta: <em>Poh\u00e1dky, kde se probl\u00e9my ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed kouzly, ale fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edmi pokusy<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nDal\u0161\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak k&nbsp;z\u00e1jmu o&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed v\u011bdy motivovat mal\u00e9 d\u011bti, je za\u0159azen\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch pokus\u016f do jim dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fdch poh\u00e1dek \u010di&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh\u016f. Ve dvou vybran\u00fdch poh\u00e1dk\u00e1ch: Dlouh\u00fd, \u0160irok\u00fd a&nbsp;Bystrozrak\u00fd a&nbsp;O&nbsp;kohoutkovi a&nbsp;Slepi\u010dce, jsme kouzla nahradily celkem jeden\u00e1cti pokusy. Ob\u011b takto upraven\u00e9 poh\u00e1dky byly s&nbsp;velice kladn\u00fdmi odezvami od d\u011bt\u00ed i&nbsp;pan\u00ed u\u010ditelek vyzkou\u0161eny jak v&nbsp;mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, tak na prvn\u00edm stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly a&nbsp;v&nbsp;n\u011bkolika z\u00e1jmov\u00fdch krou\u017ec\u00edch.<br \/>\nP\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek p\u0159inese popis pokus\u016f i&nbsp;informace z&nbsp;realizac\u00ed obou poh\u00e1dek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Houfkov\u00e1 Jitka: <em>Science on Stage a&nbsp;European STEM League<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nScience on Stage je evropsk\u00e1 iniciativa ur\u010den\u00e1 k&nbsp;povzbuzen\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f z&nbsp;cel\u00e9 Evropy ke sd\u00edlen\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f ve v\u00fduce p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem Science on Stage je zlep\u0161it v\u00fduku p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch v\u011bd a&nbsp;motivovat tak v\u00edce \u017e\u00e1k\u016f ke kari\u00e9\u0159e v&nbsp;oblasti v\u011bdy a&nbsp;techniky.<br \/>\n30.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;2016 se v&nbsp;iQLandii v&nbsp;Liberci v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci Noci v\u011bdc\u016f bude konat \u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddka Science on Stage 2016, na kterou je je\u0161t\u011b mo\u017enost se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit. Na t\u00e9to p\u0159ehl\u00eddce budou vybr\u00e1ni reprezentanti \u010cR na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed festival Science on Stage 2017, kter\u00fd se bude konat 29.&nbsp;6. \u2013 2.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;2017 v&nbsp;ma\u010farsk\u00e9m Debrec\u00ednu a&nbsp;setk\u00e1 se na n\u011bm 350 nejlep\u0161\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch v\u011bd a&nbsp;matematiky z&nbsp;cel\u00e9 Evropy a&nbsp;z&nbsp;Kanady. P\u0159ihl\u00e1sit se mohou v\u0161ichni u\u010ditel\u00e9 a&nbsp;lekto\u0159i p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch v\u011bd a&nbsp;matematiky od mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kolek v\u00fd\u0161e, kte\u0159\u00ed se cht\u011bj\u00ed pod\u011blit se sv\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi u\u010diteli. C\u00edlem tohoto p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku nen\u00ed ani tak komplexn\u011b analyzovat mo\u017enosti za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed meteorologie do v\u00fduky fyziky jako sp\u00ed\u0161e p\u0159edstavit dv\u011b netradi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdukov\u00e9 aktivity vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 mapy. Prvn\u00ed aktivita je ur\u010dena pro \u017e\u00e1ky z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol (a&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho stupn\u011b gymn\u00e1zi\u00ed) a&nbsp;je zam\u011b\u0159ena na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 prvky a&nbsp;problematiku atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9ho tlaku (v\u010detn\u011b jeho z\u00e1vislosti na nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce). V&nbsp;obou p\u0159\u00edpadech byly za\u0159azeny i&nbsp;\u00fakoly zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na mezioborov\u00e9 souvislosti uveden\u00fdch t\u00e9mat a&nbsp;studenti m\u011bli rovn\u011b\u017e za \u00fakol zakreslit na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u00fadaj\u016f vy\u010dten\u00fdch z&nbsp;map svoji p\u0159edstavu o&nbsp;stavu resp. v\u00fdvoji po\u010das\u00ed na dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. Student si s\u00e1m, \u010di&nbsp;s&nbsp;pomoc\u00ed u\u010ditele lok\u00e1ln\u011b nap\u0159.&nbsp;ve \u0161kole p\u0159i&nbsp;hodin\u011b sestav\u00ed experiment (klasick\u00fd, v&nbsp;na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem podporovan\u00fd experiment). Zkus\u00ed si na n\u011bm nam\u011b\u0159it pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 data. Na experiment m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159istupovat jak z&nbsp;lok\u00e1ln\u00edho po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, tak vzd\u00e1len\u011b z&nbsp;tablet\u016f, \u010di&nbsp;chytr\u00fdch telefon\u016f. Jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;v\u00fdstup\u016f semin\u00e1\u0159e tak je i&nbsp;soubor experiment\u016f, kter\u00e9 dle dan\u00e9ho zad\u00e1n\u00ed (specifikovan\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f), studenti u\u010ditelstv\u00ed zpracovali. V&nbsp;prvn\u00edm b\u011bhu semin\u00e1\u0159e jsme se zam\u011b\u0159ili na jedno ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch mechanick\u00fdch t\u00e9mat \u2013 vrhy.
