Paper Guidelines
Attendance can participate in the following forms:
– Oral presentation
– Poster (poster of recommended size A1 i.e. 594 × 841 mm, can be oriented in both forms – portrait and landscape)
– Virtual presentation (Platform will be specified)
Conference languages
– Czech, Slovak, English, German
Oral presentation:
The length of the oral presentation is limited to 15–20 minutes. Longer presentations are possible only in justified cases and with previous agreement of the Organizing Committee and in the case of “invited lectures”. In case of lack of time available the organizing committee reserves the right to limit the required time for presentations in order to provide time for everyone interested in the presentation. PC, projector, overhead projector and visualizer will be available during the presentation.
Conference publication outputs:
– electronic conference proceedings of papers in one of the official languages (with ISBN)
– selected papers may be published in post-conference proceedings which will be send to Web of Science for evaluation and indexing.
Guidelines for writing contributions to the conference proceedings
Deadline for submission of the papers is, see more in Deadlines. It is recommended to name the file of the paper by the surname of the first author.
